Nurse Coordinator

Then this may be the role for you. We are working with a leading provider of community-based care and support who are seeking the next superstar to join their team in Tonbridge, Kent as a Nurse Coordinator.

You will use your experience as a Registered Nurse to match the correct nurses with the correct service users, making sure they receive the very best tailored care and support. You will also work alongside the recruitment and operations teams to ensure the very best standard of nurse are recruited and successfully inducted into the business.

You will have at least 3 years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse with exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, as part of an exceptional team.

As part of the role, you will be required to be part of an out of hours rota, 1 in 3 weeks, but in return you will receive enhanced pay of up to 250 for the full weekend.

• A salary of up to 34k per annum
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after 2 years of service
