Trainee Electronics Technician

An exciting opportunity has arisen for this leading, global manufacturer of electronics equipment into a number of industries, including aerospace, medical, pharmaceutical etc, for a Trainee Electronics Technician to be based at its Slough head office.

THE ROLE

The primary function of this position is to repair and rectify the faults on a range of electronic devices, machines and equipment.

Other responsibilities include:

• Repair and service of electronic equipment
• Maintenance of devices
• In house service of customer equipment
• Support customers with non routine technical issues
• Ongoing Training

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate wil need basic electronic fault finding and repair skills including basic soldering with the ability to learn. Ideally you will have a City and Guilds, ONC or above in an Electronics Engineering discipline along with the desire to keep on learning new skills.
