We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a cut and carve refurbishment of a prestigious car showroom in Chiswick. This exciting project requires a dedicated and skilled professional to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all site activities, including labour and subcontractors

• Ensure the project is completed within the required timeline

• Implement and maintain health and safety standards on site

• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams

• Manage budgets, resources, and project schedules

• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and building codes

• Provide regular progress reports to senior management

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects, ideally with cut and carve experience

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• SMSTS and First Aid certifications (preferred)

• Ability to handle client-facing responsibilities and maintain high standards of work

Pay: 300- 350 per day, dependent on experience
