Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant

Engage Education is working with a lovely primary school in Wimbledon that is looking for a committed and nurturing Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This is a full-time role, initially via the agency with the potential to go permanent for the right person.

About the role:

• Supporting children in Nursery and/or Reception
• Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities
• Supporting with observations, phonics, and child-led learning
• Promoting independence, communication, and early development
• Assisting with personal care when required

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
• Have experience working in an Early Years setting (nursery or school)
• Be confident, caring, and proactive
• Be passionate about early childhood development
• Have a valid DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
