Applause IT are working with an innovative and fast expanding Retail POS software company specialising in designing and building global solutions for mid to large-tier retailers. They develop cutting-edge products include retail and payment applications for stores, mobile, and web, alongside a micro services development toolkit and technology platform. Clients include prominent names across the UK, Europe, and the US.

Key Responsibilities
Lead high-value, complex sales campaigns with a consultative approach.
Engage with C-level executives in target organisations to build credibility and trust.
Develop and present compelling delivery proposals and presentations.
Maintain accurate sales activities in the company CRM.
Collaborate with the sales leadership team to refine materials, presentations, and best practices.

Skills & Competencies required
Proven track record in software sales, bid management, and closing deals.
Technical acumen and ability to articulate complex software solutions.
Experience in B2B software sales for Retail and eCommerce systems is essential.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM tools.
Exceptional communication skills with a professional and confident demeanour.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to achieve and exceed targets.
