Package: £75,000 - £85,000 plus 10% Car Allowance + Travel Fully Covered

With a £500m+ turnover and a pipeline of high-profile projects, they are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial lead on a landmark £20m High-Spec Industrial New Build in Hertfordshire.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee all commercial aspects of the project, supported by an ambitious Quantity Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-value build while working with an organisation committed to excellence and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial strategy and management for the £20m High-Spec Industrial project.
• Take full responsibility for cost control, valuations, budgeting, and reporting to ensure project profitability.
• Oversee and manage subcontractor procurement, payments, and final accounts.
• Collaborate with the project leadership team to fulfil contractual obligations and optimise financial performance.
• Mentor and support the Quantity Surveyor, ensuring effective teamwork and professional growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally with experience in high-value new build projects.
• Exceptional commercial acumen and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• A collaborative and proactive approach to solving challenges and driving project success.
