We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading M&E contractor that has recently secured a large, multi-phased project in South East London. They are looking for an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee the mechanical package from pre-construction through to completion.
This contractor is known for delivering high-quality M&E projects across various sectors, offering a structured and well-supported environment. With a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable individual to drive this project forward.

The Role:

• Managing the mechanical installation from pre-construction through to project completion.
• Reviewing designs, plans, and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Coordinating and overseeing subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Working closely with the wider M&E team, project managers, and site personnel.
• Ensuring strict health & safety compliance and best practices on-site.
• Reporting project progress and addressing any challenges with senior management.

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager on large-scale projects.
• Strong background in HVAC, pipework, and mechanical building services.
• Ability to oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

What s on Offer: £290 - £310 per day (CIS)
