Job Description: As a Mobile Contract Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations across multiple retail sites. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring all staff are cleaning properties to the highest standards.
• Conducting regular site audits to maintain quality control.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or requests.
• Providing cover for staff absences due to sickness or other reasons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
• Maintain open communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Manage staff schedules and provide cover for absences as needed.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel to various sites in and around London.
