SUPPORT MANAGER

42.5 hours per week

39 weeks per annum

27,711- 30,060 FTE

We are working with an Ofsted 'Outstanding' SEN School Trust that is seeking a Support Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This Support Manager role will be based on one of their sites that cares for SEMH students aged 11-16.

They are seeking someone who has:

• NVQ Level 3/4 or equivalent
• Experience working with challenging behaviour.
• SECID experience
• Communication and organisational skils
• Experience implementing behaviour
• Driving license with access to a car

You would be the ideal caniddate if you also had:

• Behaviour management training.
• Classroom expeirence
