Platinum Recruitment is working with an award winning Plant Hire company. This is an opportunity for a experienced Parts Advisor to join their team based in Radlett. This role will consider candidates from other industries as long as they you have proven experience as a Parts Advisor.

Your responsibilities as a Parts Advisor will include-

In the role of a Parts Advisor, you will serve as a Parts Advisor, supporting engineers with part requests. You will be part of an exceptional team of Part Advisors dedicated to delivering a fantastic service to customers and supporting engineers.

• Monitor Stock levels - ensuring that key parts are available for engineers
• Returning parts to suppliers
• Support the department in upselling parts to create revenue for the business
• Raise and Escalating part shortages
• Ability to find parts through a system
  
  

Experience essential for this role as a Parts Advisor -

• Experience working as a Parts Advisor
• Budget experience preferable but not required
• Experience searching parts on database
• Stock control
• Friendly manner on phone

• Great communication skills and problem solving skills
