Chartered Building Surveyor - London

A respected consultancy within the commercial property sector is seeking a motivated Chartered Building Surveyor to join its London team. This opportunity sits within a high performing group that manages a robust commercial workload for a range of leading clients. The work is varied, offering exposure to Technical Due Diligence, pre-acquisition surveys, fund monitoring, contract administration and a broad scope of additional professional and project related instructions. What you need

MRICS qualified, ideally recently chartered up to around 2 years PQE Proven consultancy Building Surveying experience Strong commercial sector exposure - or desire to move into this sector Drive to continue growing your technical and professional capability Confidence in handling your workload with a good level of autonomy This role is well suited to a Building Surveyor who values variety, responsibility and the opportunity to progress within a leading consultancy setting.
