As the SPV Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective delivery and compliance of key projects. You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing project management services to ensure adherence to Management Services Agreements.
- Managing the compliance and delivery of obligations under the Project Agreement, finance documents, and associated contracts.
- Liaising with Project Company Boards, funders, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensuring financial and commercial management, including invoicing, insurance, and lifecycle planning.
- Leading service performance management to ensure contractual compliance and effective service delivery.
- Driving commercial growth opportunities and ensuring best practices in facilities management.
To be successful in the role of SPV Manager, you will bring the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience managing complex Project Agreements in PFI projects or similar environments.
- Strong understanding of funding and contractual structures related to PFI projects.
- Experience in stakeholder management, including funders, subcontractors, and public sector bodies.
- Expertise in performance monitoring for both Hard and Soft FM.
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex contractual, statutory, and legal documents.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving, report writing, and communication skills.
