Architectural Assistant/Technician - Design-Led Practice - £25-£40K+ DOE - Tunbridge WellsAbout the roleA rare opportunity has opened up to join a highly respected, design-led residential architecture and construction firm based in a quiet rural setting just outside Tunbridge Wells. This small but growing company works on high-spec new builds and extensions, taking projects from concept through to completion, all under one roof.This role is ideal for a creative and technically-minded Architectural Assistant or Technician, whether recently qualified or with a few years of experience under their belt. It's a perfect step for someone eager to work on impactful residential projects and become part of a collaborative, close-knit team with big ambitions.What we are looking forThe ideal candidate will bring at least two years' experience in a UK-based architectural practice and demonstrate a passion for high-quality, sustainable design. A Part 2 or CIAT qualification is desirable, but strong practical experience can be just as valuable. You'll be confident working in Revit and AutoCAD, enjoy contributing to design and technical development, and be ready to get involved in all project stages.Key attributes:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a UK practice
• Strong design and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Solid understanding of UK planning regulations and building standards
• Enthusiastic communicator and team player
• Driving licence essential
• Passion for sustainable design a plus
