About the Role:
As Nursery Manager, you'll play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive. Leading our dedicated team, you'll ensure that every child receives the highest standard of care and education. With family-friendly hours of 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, this term-time-only role (38 weeks per year) offers a great work-life balance.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the nursery.
- Supporting and inspiring staff to deliver exceptional early years education and care.
- Ensuring compliance with all safeguarding, health, and safety regulations.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and carers.
- Monitoring and evaluating the curriculum to meet the needs of every child.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting Ofsted inspections.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (Level 4 or above preferred).
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A warm, approachable, and professional demeanor.
