Location: Stevenage Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday Pay: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour Start Date: Immediate / Flexible

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) A welcoming and inclusive school in Stevenage is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team, supporting pupils with a range of complex needs.

About the Role:

• Work closely with students with SEN, including those with autism, communication difficulties, and physical or cognitive challenges.
• Support teachers in delivering personalised learning plans.
• Help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.
• Use creative and adaptive approaches to support learning and development.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in school or care settings).
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
