Residential Surveyor

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Residential Surveyor to join their expanding team in the Hertfordshire area.

With just one survey per day, our clients are strongly focused on quality over quantity.

Working hours:

• As a Residential Surveyor, you'll be required to work full-time (Monday-Friday)
• Remote working

Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:

• Basic salary between £45,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)
• Discretionary Bonus
• Car Allowance
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
• Private Healthcare

Residential Surveyor requirements:

• Minimum AssocRICS qualified
• Min 1 years' experience
• VRS (preferred, but not essential)
• UK driving license
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

The role of Residential Surveyor will consist of:

• Carrying out Level 2 reports (Essential)
• Conducting Level 3 Surveys (training can be provided for this for the right candidate)
