What You'll Work On

A diverse, exciting mix across commercial + private residential sectors:

• CAT A & CAT B fit-outs + refurbishments
• Commercial & residential development projects
• Industrial schemes
• Dilapidations (landlord & tenant)
• Party Wall & neighbourly matters
• Defects diagnosis + general building surveying
• Projects across London, Kent + wider UK as needed

What You'll Bring

Must-haves:

• Strong technical knowledge across core BS services
• Solid experience in dilaps, party wall, contract admin & building pathology
• Commercially switched-on and client-facing with great communication skills

Nice-to-haves:

• MRICS
• Project coordination/PM experience
• Drive to win new work and build client relationships
• Ambition to lead, mentor and grow with the business
