Our client, a well-established manufacturer of aluminium and plastic extrusion parts, is looking for a skilled Powder Coating Operative to join their growing team. If you have experience in powder coating or working within a paint shop, this is your chance to secure a long-term role with excellent career prospects.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the powder coating plant
• Perform quality checks to ensure a flawless finish
• Adjust machine settings to maintain high production standards
• Follow safe working practices and operational procedures
• Identify and resolve issues to enhance efficiency
• Assist with preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes for better productivity and quality

What We re Looking For:

• Previous experience in powder coating, a paint shop, or a similar manufacturing role
• A keen eye for detail and dedication to delivering quality work
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
