We are eager to speak to candidates who are at Risk Analyst or Risk Manager level who have worked on engineering projects in the rail, energy, wate, highways, aviation industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately identifying and understanding risk events and opportunities that may impact project success.
- Developing strong working relationships with key project stakeholders, including Project Managers, Engineering, Construction, Legal & Compliance, Regulatory, and more.
- Assisting the client in communicating risks at Board Level and in C-Suite discussions with comprehensive data models.
- Providing relevant and accurate information to promote risk-enhanced decision making, including suggesting appropriate mitigation and control options.
- Undertaking QCRA and QSRA using relevant software Deltek Acumen, Safran) to model and report on project risk exposure.
- Supporting project discussions on contingency and risk allowance based on QCRA and QSRA outputs.
- Developing and maintaining risk and opportunity registers, along with associated reporting.
- Enhancing reporting processes by adapting to client systems and needs, including providing project risk insights in line with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating across multiple project areas and stakeholders to accurately gather and disseminate risk information.
- Facilitating effective communication between stakeholders to reduce conflicts and ambiguity, supporting consensus in recommendations.
- Monitoring risk-linked deadlines and proactively chasing mitigation actions.
- Managing best-in-class risk management across multiple projects.
Job Requirements:
- International Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management (or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience in PMO within risk and control or project management.
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of complex projects and regulatory systems, especially within the construction and built environment sectors.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and lead workshops.
- Proactive and collaborative team player who engages appropriately to gather information.
- Previous experience in a consultancy environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a client-focused environment with a commitment to excellent client service.
