Billing Assistant

Location: Portsmouth (Hybrid Working Available)

Key Responsibilities - Billing Assistant:

• Process and maintain service billings efficiently.
• Set up new projects/orders and close them down as required.
• Maintain the billing tracker with processed invoices and purchase orders.
• Direct invoices to accounts payable and pass them to credit control.
• Support credit control with query resolution.

Requirements - Billing Assistant:

• Organised and detail-focused with experience in billing.
• Comfortable working with financial data and systems.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams.
