Early Years Teaching Assistant - Lewisham, South East London

Are you passionate about supporting young learners in their early development? A fantastic long-term opportunity has arisen for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the London Borough of Lewisham. This role is available immediately and will continue for the remainder of the academic year.

The Role:

• Supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Assisting with classroom activities and learning through play
• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Encouraging children's social and emotional development
• Working alongside the class teacher to create a positive learning environment

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant in an Early Years setting is highly desirable
• A CACHE Level 3 or equivalent qualification is an advantage but not essential
• A proactive, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Details:

Location: Primary school in Lewisham, South East London
Hours: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
Pay: From 96 per day (PAYE) / 110 per day (Umbrella equivalent)
