• Position: Multi-Trader
• Location: Hampton is the main site(a predominant static site as there are 4 other sites to cover near each other)
• Salary: Up to 37,500
• Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4pm

We are seeking a Multi-Trader with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out carpentry & handyman duties at a number of presitigious sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guttering.
• Painting & Decorating.
• Tiling & Roofing.
• Plastering & Patching.
• Booring.
• General Handyman maintenance.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
• Ideally need a driving license (Not essential)
• Enhanced DBS
