Fence Installer

CRG are looking for Security Fence Installers to join a leading supplier, manufacturer and installer of a variety of Fencing Products who are based in Kent, to work on a full-time basis.

The right Candidate will have experience in Installing, Maintaining and Repairing Security fences / gates / barriers across Commercial, Industrial and Residential Projects.

Essential Competencies:

• Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card
• Proven record of fencing systems installation
• Good communication skills.
• Must have good observational skills especially for Health, Safety and Quality issues.
• Must be focused on all safety, environmental and quality issues on the construction site.
• Must be professional in approach and manner at all times.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Installation of Steelwork and Fence structures
• Reporting defects, snags and complaints to Lead Fence Installer
• Reporting health & safety defects / incidents / accidents and near miss situations to the Lead Fence Installer
• Liaising with Client s representatives (as required)
• Ensure that all works are installed and executed in accordance with the works specification.
• Ensuring that all Risk Assessments and Method Statements are adhered to.
• Ensure all appropriate permits are in place prior to any activity taking place.
