Are you a Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference? One of the UK's largest providers of healthcare services is seeking experienced nurses to join their dedicated community team. This opportunity is ideal for those with experience in ICU/HDU or complex care who are ready for a new challenge and wish to make a lasting impact in people's lives.

This is a rewarding community-based role where no two days are the same. Nurses enjoy the flexibility of managing their own diary, maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and supporting clients to live fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes.

The organisation delivers high-quality, bespoke care to adults, children, and young people with a variety of conditions, including spinal injuries, neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, trauma, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and genetic disorders.

Nurses are offered the chance to grow their careers and develop both clinical and management skills. This role does not require work on bank holidays, weekends, or nights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing and reviewing individual care packages.
  • Providing practical training, clinical supervision, and expert guidance to care teams.
  • Working alongside healthcare workers in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centres.
  • Liaising with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, NHS and private hospitals, nursing homes, and learning disability services.
  • Participating in a paid on-call rota on a rotational basis.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Registered Paediatric Nurse with experience in ICU/HDU or complex care.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic, and compassionate.
Benefits

The organisation's ethos is "People First" - valuing staff and putting people at the heart of everything they do. In return, nurses are supported with opportunities for professional growth through self-directed learning, coaching, e-learning, and access to additional qualifications.

Benefits include:

  • 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
  • Birthday off work
  • Occupational Maternity, Paternity & Adoption Pay
  • Death in Service Payment
  • Occupational Sick Pay
  • Wellbeing resources and financial advice
  • Up to 14% discount at over 40 major retailers, including Tesco and John Lewis
