The organisation delivers high-quality, bespoke care to adults, children, and young people with a variety of conditions, including spinal injuries, neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, trauma, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and genetic disorders.

Nurses are offered the chance to grow their careers and develop both clinical and management skills. This role does not require work on bank holidays, weekends, or nights.

• Assessing and reviewing individual care packages.
• Providing practical training, clinical supervision, and expert guidance to care teams.
• Working alongside healthcare workers in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centres.
• Liaising with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, NHS and private hospitals, nursing homes, and learning disability services.
• Participating in a paid on-call rota on a rotational basis.

• Registered Paediatric Nurse with experience in ICU/HDU or complex care.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic, and compassionate.
