With structured support towards Chartered status, the role suits a technically strong paraplanner who thrives in a dynamic, detail-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present client-ready review packs: Ensures seamless client engagement
• Conduct whole-of-market research and complex financial analysis: Supports truly bespoke advice
• Draft detailed and tailored suitability reports: Delivers high-quality, compliant documentation
• Mentor graduate trainees in the paraplanning team: Adds leadership and coaching experience
• Participate in firm-wide projects and the Investment Committee: Contribute to broader strategy
• Liaise directly with clients and attend meetings where needed: Build meaningful relationships
• Track and communicate technical or legislative changes internally: Keep the team informed and ahead

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an IFA paraplanning role
• Progressing towards Chartered status (ideally via CII)
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, IHT, and trusts
• Confident in delivering written financial advice and cashflow modelling
• Familiar with tools like FE Analytics, Voyant, CashCalc, and Xplan
• Graduate-level education preferred
• Capable of independent decision-making and thriving in a fast-paced, high-trust culture
