Are you an experienced Room Leader looking for your next step in childcare leadership? We have an exciting opportunity for a Preschool & Afterschool Club Deputy Manager in Bishop's Stortford!

• Maternity Cover - Term Time Only
• Monday to Friday, 12:00 - 18:30
• Salary up to 14.50 phr

This is a hands-on, floor-based role-not an office-based position. You will be actively engaged with children, leading activities, and ensuring a nurturing, safe, and fun environment. As a key part of the team, you'll provide leadership and support to staff while fostering a positive and engaging setting for children.

• Experienced Room Leader ready to take the next step
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• A passion for child development and play-based learning
• Driving licence preferred
