A high-performing secondary school in Reading is seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic, and influential Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will:

• Work closely with class teachers to raise pupil attainment.
• Provide support to students individually and in small groups.
• Help pupils access the curriculum and experience success in their learning.
• Supervise and support students with special educational needs.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience in leading literacy interventions would be advantageous.
