About the Role

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school based in Harlow. You will work closely with teachers, supporting children with Special Educational Needs to access the curriculum, develop their independence, and build confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

This is a rewarding opportunity where every day is different, and you'll play a vital role in helping our pupils achieve their full potential.

What You'll Do

Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN, on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

Help to create an inclusive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

Assist with adapting activities and resources to meet individual needs

Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and independence

Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and the wider school team

What We're Looking For

Experience of supporting children with SEN (in a school or similar setting)

Patience, empathy, and a positive "can-do" attitude

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for helping children succeed

Contract: Full time for the academic year

Salary: £105-£115 a day via an umbrella company
