Progress Coach

I am currently working with several colleges accross the south who are actively recruiting Progress coaches on a full time / part time basis.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Pastoral care, providing counsel to students with mental health, safeguarding, or personal challenges
• Supervise study sessions
• Act as a member of the safeguarding team
• Attendance and behaviour.
• 1:1 tutorials to support attendance
• No classroom teaching
