2nd Line Support Engineer - MSP North London 5 Days On-Site Up to £35,000
Are you a skilled 2nd Line Engineer ready to thrive in a fast-paced MSP environment? We're looking for a tech-savvy, client-focused professional to join our growing team in North London.
About the Role:You'll be the go-to for escalated technical issues, providing hands-on support across a wide range of technologies. As part of a tight-knit IT team, you'll work on everything from desktop troubleshooting to server, network, and cloud support-helping clients stay secure and connected.
What You'll Do:Handle 2nd line support tickets for a diverse client base
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues
Support Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows 10/11, and basic networking
Configure devices, user accounts, and security permissions
Liaise with vendors and escalate complex issues where needed
Deliver excellent customer service, both remotely and on-site
3 - 5 years' experience in a 2nd line or strong 1st line role (MSP background ideal)
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows OS
Experience with basic networking (DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do mindset
A full UK driving license (preferred, not essential)
