The role As an Optical Assistant / Eyewear Stylist, you will play a key role in the patient journey, combining strong customer service with confident eyewear styling and sales. You'll be supported to develop your technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and leadership skills, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience from greeting to dispense Support eyewear styling consultations with a fashion-led approach Drive sales through confident product recommendations and add-ons Build strong relationships with patients to maximise conversion and loyalty Support day-to-day store operations and maintain presentation standards Assist with training and supporting newer team members as you progress Contribute to the commercial success of the practice

About you

• Previous experience as an Optical Assistant (preferred) Passion for fashion, styling, and premium eyewear Sales-driven with a confident, consultative approach Ambitious with a clear interest in progression and leadership Strong communication and customer service skills Flexible, proactive, and reliable
