Management Accountant

Law firm - London, city. - Management Accountant - 3 days per wk (1 can be wfh)

To 57k Pro Rata + Excellent Bens

3 days per week opportunity to join a leading UK Law firm, where you will assist the Financial Controller in the delivery of operational services, compliance work and management and financial reporting for the firm with a focus on supporting financial systems and systems accounting works too.

The role would suit

• A fully qualified accountant, or if part qualified, if still actively studying towards full status. We are looking for someone who is up to date with CPD and the latest developments in financial reporting standards, as pertains to the sector.
• Somebody who has recent experience in preparing management accounts
• Somebody who had used SQL in a work based environment.

Requirements

Qualified accountant/or part, with an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.

Strong IT skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel, coupled with an enthusiasm for problem solving and keen attention to detail.

Knowledge of Databases, Reporting tools, SQL and VBA would be advantageous.
