Trevett Services have an exciting freelance opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a specialist electical subcontractor in Rochester.

This is an initial 3 - 6 month refurbishment project in a highly secure environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• To lead major M&E projects, delivering project solutions to budget, time and quality requirements.
• Take profit and loss responsibility for those projects allocated to you.
• To own each project and delivery with a high degree of attention to design, construction and financial detail.
• Set and manage management and client expectations through clear communications centred around programme/construction programme,

Essential experience the Project Manager would need:

• Previously managed M&E projects
• Must have a minimun of EL1 or CTC clearance
