Senior Architect

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Architect (or Senior Technologist) to join a leading architectural practice, in a permanent staff position. You will be required to attend our client's office 4 days (minimum) a week, in London. This opportunity will include working on high rise residential and hotel projects, with an experienced team.

-Competitive salary ranging from £50,000-£60,000 (depending on experience).

-Hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

-Develop design solutions and produce technical drawings.

-Collaborate with clients, contractors, and teams to meet project goals.

-Provide expert advice on design, planning, and building regulations.

-Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and budgets.

What we are looking for:

-A degree in Architecture and ARB accreditation.

-Must have prior experience across all RIBA stages.

-Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

-Proven technical delivery experience.

-Experience working on high rise residential, hotels, and apartment blocks is desired, but not essential.

-Strong communication and leadership skills.
