Store Manager - Hemel HempsteadPermanent Site BasedSalary £36,400 + BonusesHours: 8:00am - 6:30pm (8-hour shifts within this window)Weekends: 1 in 3 weekends, including occasional SundaysInterviews to take place Immediately with a view to a start soon thereafter.We're currently recruiting for a full-time Store Manager to lead the team at a busy self-storage site in Hemel Hempstead. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary of £36,400 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses.As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, driving sales, managing a small team, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times. You'll play a key role in delivering business performance and maintaining high standards across operations, health and safety, and compliance.Key responsibilities include:

• Managing store operations to meet and exceed financial targets
• Leading and developing the store team
• Driving occupancy and revenue through local marketing and sales initiatives
• Delivering excellent service to new and existing customers
• Overseeing health and safety, maintenance, and housekeeping standards
• Monitoring performance, coaching team members, and completing appraisals
• Ensuring all financial and operational procedures are followed accurately

About you:We're looking for someone with strong leadership and commercial awareness, ideally with previous experience in a customer-facing, sales or retail management role. You'll need to be confident, organised and proactive, with the ability to motivate others and manage performance effectively.You'll also bring:
