Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Friday: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM (early finish)

About Us: Top Gear Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dispatch Operative to join our team in Bedford. If you have experience in pick and pack operations, operating a Power Pallet Truck (PPT), and preparing orders for dispatch, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate a Power Pallet Truck (PPT) to move and load goods.
• Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring all items are correctly packed and labeled.
• Palletise and load goods for shipment.
• Perform general warehouse duties and manual labor as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Read and follow written instructions and documentation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch environment.
• Proficiency in operating a Power Pallet Truck (PPT).
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to read and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
