Primary QTS Teacher

Location: Rickmansworth, Watford (Preparatory Independent School)Contract: Flexible, 1-5 days a weekSalary: Competitive, depending on experienceStart Date: ImmediateDBS Required and registered to the update service (or willingness to apply for their own)We are currently seeking both teaching assistants and fully qualified teachers to support at one of our fabulous client schools based in Rickmansworth (WD3 post code area).This school boasts themselves on providing high value teaching from both permanent members of the team, and their trusted agency suppliers.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality teaching and support across a variety of subjects and key stages, as requiredManage classrooms effectively and ensure a positive and productive learning environmentFollow lesson plans provided by the school and maintain continuity in students' learningProvide support and guidance to students as neededCommunicate effectively with school staff and leadership teams to ensure smooth transitions and high-quality serviceEnsure safeguarding and health & safety protocols are adhered to at all timesRequirements:Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (for teachers only) in a UK school settingMinimum 6 months of teaching assistant experience (for TA's only)Valid DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one if required)Flexibility to work 1-5 days per week, depending on availability and school needsAbility to adapt quickly to different teaching environments and school culturesStrong classroom management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA genuine passion for teaching and helping students succeedHow to Apply:To apply, please submit your CV and we will be in touch with shortlisted candidates to arrange interviews and discuss this opportunity in more detail.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
