We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer for a permanent role in Sheerness. This position involves working within a prison environment and requires specific qualifications and checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• General labouring duties on site, including assisting with the movement of materials, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and supporting skilled workers.

• Adhering to strict health and safety procedures.

• Following site-specific instructions and working under the supervision of the site manager.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) is essential.

• Ability to pass a DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) due to working within a secure facility.

• Previous experience in a similar labouring role would be beneficial, though not essential.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
