The Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Support the commercial team in managing RC frame apartment developments in London.
• Assist with cost control, procurement, valuations, and contract management.
• Work closely with senior team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and on time.
• Collaborate with a dynamic and established team at the regional head office in South West London.
