What You'll Do

The Expert Career Track (ECT) at BCG

BCG's expertise agenda -deepening specialization by industry, sector, function, and topic-is a core pillar of our strategy. The Global Practices , in collaboration with the Regions and People Team, drive this agenda by building expertise .

The Expert Career Track (ECT) is central to this effort. Over the past decade, ECT has grown to 800 members across all Practices and 76 offices.
