Job title: Lead Project Support

Hours: 8-5pm

Location: Liverpool Street - fully site based but all commuting costs paid for

Salary: up to £37,000 pa!

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Site Admin + Document Controller! This is an exciting permanent opportunity to support multiple projects in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project support tasks and ensure seamless operations on-site.
• Scan and upload all site paperwork onto internal databases, including Method Statements, Inductions, and more.
• Maintain accurate filing, printing, and laminating of essential documents.
• Input waste notes and import tickets onto SMARTWASTE.
• Handle delivery and invoice matching on the company invoicing system.
• Manage timesheets and assist the site team with document production.
• Oversee disconnections for utilities on-site and ensure compliance.
• Conduct monthly reporting and greet clients with a warm welcome.

Document Control Duties:

• Upload documentation onto control portals like Aconex and Asite.
• Ensure quality assurance for documentation, adhering to project naming conventions.
• Maintain accurate electronic and hardcopy document registers.
• Manage project information flow and maintain document distribution lists.
• Create and monitor workflows for consultants and subcontractors.
• Generate reports within the document control portal as needed.
• Assist with Operations and Maintenance Manuals and Project Handover.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong personality with excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional organisational and administration skills (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to manage your workload effectively and demonstrate good timekeeping.
• Previous experience in site administration within the construction industry is a plus!

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (No remote work available).
