They are now looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 36 hours per week, Monday-Friday, during term time.

The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will deliver inclusive, high-quality early years education and care to children aged 2-5.
Acting as a key worker for a group of children and families, you will plan and deliver engaging activities that support each child's learning, development, and wellbeing across the EYFS framework.
You'll observe and assess learning, contribute to progress tracking, and implement individual support plans (including IEPs or EHCPs).
Ensuring children feel safe, secure, and emotionally supported is essential, and you'll also provide personal care with dignity and respect, while upholding safeguarding and health and safety standards.
Additionally, you will:
- Build strong relationships with families and attend planning and review meetings
- Support daily routines and maintain a clean and organised environment
Please note, due to our client's open and collaborative working environment and the nature of their work with children and adults with disabilities, all office-based roles can experience periods of elevated noise levels and some elements of disruption.
About You
To be considered as a Nursery Practitioner, you will need:
- Experience working with children aged 2-5 in an early years setting
- An understanding of the EYFS framework and inclusive practices
- A good level of IT literacy
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (e.g. NVQ, CACHE, NNEB or a related relevant qualification at the same level)
All staff are required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check. Please make it known if you are on the DBS update service.
