Tradewind Recruitment is seeking passionate and reliable Learning Support Assistants to join inclusive secondary schools in Lewisham and across South East London. These are full-time, long-term positions starting immediately and continuing until the end of the academic year, with the potential to extend.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

• Help students access the curriculum and stay engaged in lessons

• Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and differentiated instruction

• Work collaboratively with staff and families to support student progress and well-being

We're looking for individuals who:

• Have previous child-based experience (e.g. school, tutoring, youth work, or similar)

• Have experience supporting students with SEND

• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or are willing to apply)

• Are dependable, proactive, and committed to making a difference
