The residents of a high end private residential mansion block near Victoria station are seeking a totally reliable and vigilant Porter to commit to a permanent afternoon/evening shift pattern Monday to Friday. The Porter will provide not only a front of house reception and security presence but also take responsibility for post/parcels, keys, access control, building fire and maintenance checks, supervision of tradespersons working on site, and generally being ready and available to assist residents throughout the shift. As an Afternoon Porter you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and guests and have the confidence to interact professionally and courteously to all residents. You must significant experience gained within a similar role, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes.
