A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Employee Benefits Consultant to join a growing Employee Benefits team based in Kent. This role focuses on supporting clients with their Group Risk and Healthcare benefits, providing expert advice, analysis, and hands-on management of their schemes.

You'll be joining a collaborative and professional environment where your expertise will directly contribute to client satisfaction and long-term success.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Liaise with clients to gather relevant data and requirements.
  • Request and analyse terms from existing and new providers.
  • Prepare clear reports and recommendations for clients.
  • Manage policy placement, including liaising with insurers and completing necessary documentation.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience within Group Risk or Employee Benefits consultancy.
  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple client tasks simultaneously.
  • Confident working with providers and comfortable in a client-facing capacity.
  • Knowledge of Group Risk and Healthcare products, regulations, and market trends.
