Chef Manager

Chef Manager / Salary: up to £36,000 / Monday to Friday

We're looking for an experienced Chef Manager to lead a dedicated catering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food and service.

As Chef Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the staff dining and hospitality operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and health & safety compliance
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver excellence every day
• Control costs and stock levels while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Support hospitality and events as required

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven management experience in a professional kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety, health, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A passion for great food and a positive, can-do attitude
