Head of Delivery - Passive Fire

We are actively looking for a Head of Delivery for Passive Fire for a Social Housing Contractor in the North London area on a permanent basis.

The successful Head of Delivery for Passive fire will:

• Receive a salary between 60,000- 70,000
• Have flexible working opportunities
• Be a key leader in a growing company who is committed to ensuring high quality fire safety.

As the Head of Delivery for Passive Fire, you will be:

• Maintaining client relationships, being the main contact point for strategic discussions.
• Overseeing the operational delivery of fire door maintenance and replacement, ensuring adherance to safety.
• Overseeing the portfolios profit and loss, ensuring financial performance reaches company targets

The Head of Delivery for Passive Fire must have:

• Relevant qualifications in fire safety, construction or engineering
• Proven experience in an operational delivery within passive fire
• Experience managing a portfolio of contracts with full P&L Management
