The Role Sports Coach/Behaviour Mentor
As a Sports Coach/Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sports coaching to students across various year groups. You will also provide behavioural mentorship, working with students to address any emotional and social challenges they may face. Your role will involve leading physical education sessions, organising extracurricular activities, and creating a positive, engaging atmosphere for students with challenging behaviour to thrive. You will work closely with the pastoral team, teachers, and other staff to promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being throughout the school.
