Are you a recent graduate passionate about criminal justice, mental health, or social care? This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our local school, supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), including ADHD, trauma, and neurodivergence.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you'll:

• Support students
• Help students regulate emotions, build resilience, and re-engage with education
• Use restorative practices to encourage positive behaviour
• Work alongside therapists and staff in a holistic, trauma-informed environment

Aspiring Social Justice Officer - Learning Support Assistant - Education and Training

We welcome:

• Graduates in Criminology, Psychology, Youth Work, or Social Sciences (or non-graduates with relevant experience)
• Individuals with a strong interest in justice, neurodiversity, and restorative care
• Calm, empathetic communicators who value connection before content

Experience with children or young people is beneficial, but not essential-full training provided.
