Early years Lecturer

Reed FE are seeking a dedicated teacher to join on an ongoing temp basis. The ideal candidate will bring a flexible approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for developing engaging educational environments.

• Hourly Rate: £25 - £35ph
• Location: East London
• Job Type: Part-time, Ongoing Temporary

• Deliver engaging and informative lectures and coursework to learners aged 16+.
• Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that meet curriculum standards.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide guidance and support to students, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Maintain records of students' progress, attendance, and grades.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance teaching methods and curriculum.

• Must hold a teaching qualification.
• Experience in teaching childcare or related subjects to learners aged 16+.
• Strong understanding of the curriculum and standards for Levels 1-3 childcare education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to professional development and staying updated with the latest educational practices.
